Bespoke Homes.

Craftsmanship. Integrity. Detail.

At Ashwell, we specialise in delivering individually designed homes built to exceptional standards of quality and craftsmanship.

No matter what stage you are at in your new-build journey, the first step is to arrange a consultation with one of our project managers to discuss your requirements, aspirations and budget.

The earlier we are involved, the more value we can add. Working alongside our network of architects, planning consultants, structural engineers and specialist trades, we can help guide key decisions from the outset and ensure every aspect of the project is considered before construction begins.

Whether you are purchasing a plot, progressing through planning, or preparing to start on site, our team is available to provide practical advice and professional guidance throughout the process.

From initial discussions through to completion, Ashwell provides a single point of contact and a carefully managed construction experience, delivering bespoke homes across Norfolk that are built to last for generations.

Speedway, Norwich

Speedway was built on an extremely tight and complicated parcel of land inside the Golden Triangle in Norwich.

After being commissioned to commence the project from  an initial architectural sketch, Ashwell was responsible for the development of the theme into reality.

Tasked with the managing the entire build, we were meticulous in our detail of everything we did. Whether it was choosing the engineering bricks, colour palette or the correct wood to use for the brise-soleil, we were determined to realise the vision of the final piece of work from the Norfolk architect, James Bond.

We eventually went on to receive a commendation at the Design and Craftmanship Awards, a wonderful testament to all the hard work and perseverance put in by the whole team.
